Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for a card or cash refund. There is no expiry date on our gift vouchers.
If you wish to order a physical gift voucher that can be used in our flagship stores, then you can purchase one in our Antwerp, Amsterdam, Brussels or Knokke store.
